*Is the order in your name?

*When was the order placed, or the approximate date?

*What email address was used for the order (if different from above)?

*Did you order through a partner site (like Groupon)? If so, who?

*What is the voucher number associated with your partner site purchase?

*If you ordered through a partner site and then purchased additional products from our website during the voucher redemption and check out process – what did you order?

*Do you have an order confirmation number from Bling Dental Products? Please provide it.

Questions about shipping?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
 -Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive. However, most orders arrive within two to three weeks.

I placed more than one order - will all my products arrive at the same time?
-Yes. Unless you are notified otherwise, any products ordered together will be shipped at the same time in the same package.

Are my orders tracked?
-Yes, your order will have tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking code from stamps.com so that you can track your order. 

I live in Canada - can I expect the same shipping window as US orders?
-Please allow up to six weeks for Canadian orders to arrive. Canadian orders go through a customs process that is entirely out of our control. Some orders clear very quickly while others may take longer. Tracking information is available but it is limited due to the customs process. 

I've ordered in the past and my order took a long time to arrive, why should I expect a difference now?
